Style Your Table From the Grocery Store

Streamline your menu planning and table top decor by shopping for both at the same store. With the groceries being a staple in our days, we set out to find items we could use to create a beautiful table setting, so you can check off more boxes from your to-do list in less time.

Food is beautiful, and Christmastime yields special items we typically see once a year. We’re sharing several ideas to style your dining table, from simple and modern to layers and layers of festive fun.

Whether you’re visiting the grocery store in person, doing curbside pick up, or having delivery to your home, add some (or all!) of these items to your list and check off the  box of gathering items to style your Christmas table while you’re there. Not only does this save time, it certainly creates an unexpected centerpiece.

We included the following items:

  • Wrapping Paper (as a table runner)

  • Potted Trees

  • Live Greens (eucalyptus and cedar are a great combination)

  • Chestnuts

  • Pillar Candles (tea lights in a vessel would also work)

  • Satsuma Mandarins

  • Figs
