We had the honour of being invited to participate in a design challenge for the Divine Flooring showroom in Calgary. The criteria was to design a space within a roughly 4’x6’ space, based on a mystery box and envelope to determine the style and type of space. We received TRADITIONAL POWDER ROOM. Wow! Quite a departure from our typical wheelhouse, but we were up for the challenge and ready to let the creative juices flow. We love pushing our creative boundaries, flexing our interior design muscles and having the opportunity to create new spaces.

Well loved and well lived is the inspiration behind our layers of European infused materials, textures and patterns. This combination, alongside the herringbone installation of the Farmhouse Collection Corsanello from Divine Flooring makes for the perfect traditional mix.

A wedgewood inspired wallpaper, grasscloth ceiling, the old world feel of marble walls and counter as well as a warm wood vanity, work in harmony alongside the gorgeous hardwood floor. Pure loveliness!
