Christmas Table Setting: Get The Look
If you’re already planning ahead to your festive meal then this post is for you!
Even if it’s only the four of us for a Sunday supper at our house, we like to set the table in an elevated fashion. Our youngest will often take it upon herself to create a setting and they are typically different one to the next. She loves it, and it makes our dining experience that much more meaningful, special occasion or not.
Now more than ever, we’re celebrating the little things in life, and this could be just that. With Christmas dinner looking quieter, smaller and more intimate than years past, we’re here to say, that’s ok! Let’s embrace the table, even if it’s set for two or four.
We styled this table for a client’s dinner party last year and we’re sharing how you too can “get the look”. We’ve shared our love for a few of these items in our Serve in Style post as well as our latest Christmas Lookbook, so you may already be familiar with some of our favourite items for setting a table and we use several of them here too.
Above all, we hope to inspire you to create a lovely table scape, full of festive sparkle for your family to gather round, share food and make memories.
